Our stay here was great, relaxing base for exploring Whitby. The staff was pleasant, welcoming all the time. The room was spotless and en suite, we had a kettle, central heating and an iron. The location was magnificent, right next to Church.

I appreciated all the hotel offered: very big beds and appalling staff. My double room was delightful, average. They made my stay brilliant. Peaceful venue, 5 minutes' walk from the downtown. The VERY GOOD service combined with the tasty food.

Of course, we would recommend it to all. It was definitely 3 stars for us. The property has a marvellous location. We liked seafood restaurant Royal Fisheries, situated 100 metres away from the hotel.

Great location and nice prices. Mings Palace, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel. Our room was pleasant and we would stay there again.
